This document establishes the legal terms and conditions for the use of the software and services offered by Antimidi. By accessing or using our products, you fully accept the provisions below.
Antimidi offers software solutions for the conversion, editing, and processing of digital audio signals, exclusively for professional use in recording studios in Romania. The products are provided "as is," without implied warranties regarding compatibility with all third-party hardware or software systems.
The user has the right to install and use the software on a reasonable number of workstations within the same legal entity. Redistribution, decompilation, reverse engineering, or modification of the source code without the written consent of Antimidi is prohibited. The user is responsible for the security of their own data and for compliance with copyright laws regarding processed audio materials.
Antimidi shall not be held liable for data loss, business interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. The total liability of Antimidi for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid by the user for that product. Under no circumstances shall liability exceed this amount.
Antimidi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of repeated violations of the terms. The user may terminate use at any time by completely uninstalling the software. Upon termination, confidentiality obligations and limitation of liability remain in effect.
Antimidi may periodically update these terms. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
